Harry Ten Shilling has been in operation since 1977. Currently the owners have been offering their tea service since 1998.  Today, we serve our version of Afternoon Tea in the memory of our late chef and business partner, Robert. We offer an Afternoon Tea experience to our guests in the back of the tea house. We have started to offer a light lunch, although recommend the Afternoon Tea for the full  experinece. We hope you enjoy the Tea experience we have created for you!

If you're in Shakespeare, or passing through, we invite you to drop in for a delicious bite and a visit to the shop at the front of our building. We have many varieties of loose leaf tea available for purchase, as well as baked goods, macarons, and local curated items. 

Although we suggest you make a reservation, we are often able to accommodate anyone stopping by.
